What started as an idea in May of 2025 when Founder Karma Young came across a turnkey coffee trailer on Facebook marketplace, became a reality quickly after in November of the same year! She knew she wanted to start a business that would make an impact for people.
Brewkini’s was born from a passion for customer service, hospitality, and fostering community. As soon as she saw the listing, she saw the vision — and she knew that she could make an impact. Coffee felt like the perfect way to connect and bring joy to peoples day, one cup at a time!
Whether you had a rocky morning, just got the best news of your life, or are just passing through, the Brewkini’s gals are happy to see you, have a chat, and serve you Island Style with a smile.

Karma is from rural Ohio, but knew her dreams couldn’t be fulfilled in her small hometown. At just 18, she made a decision to bet on herself in a place she’d never been, which led her to sunny Florida — where she would later graduate from The University of Tampa in 2019 and jump into the corporate world of sales.
In 2022 she fell in love with pole fitness and once that journey started there was no turning back. Karma is deeply passionate and once she sets her mind to something she can accomplish anything! She now teaches pole classes, performs in artistic and creative showcases, and competes!
As if climbing the corporate ladder and refining her skills as a pole dancer and instructor weren’t enough, she decided she wanted to bring Brewkini’s Coffee Co to life! A coffee trailer where community and caffeine collide. She is the definition of working to make your dream reality come true and she does it all with the biggest smile on her face.

She is a communications and media studies major at the University of Tampa who hopes to pursue a career in the fashion industry. She loves all things dance, theater, music, and art!
Working at Brewkini’s from the ground up has been so rewarding; from making connections with such sweet customers to having a support system in the professional world through Karma!

Brewkini’s is not just a coffee spot to me it’s my getaway from the chaos in my life. The environment is always upbeat and positive. My favorite mornings start with when I work at Brewkinis.

BaristaShe’s a full-time hairstylist and business owner who brings creativity, confidence, and care to everything she does. At Brewkini’s, she loves connecting with the community and creating drinks that make people smile.
When she’s not behind the bar, she’s hosting music bingo, getting into embroidery, or winding down with a show and a sunset.
